Offerings
Here's some of what you can expect during a support visit.

Evidence-based guidance on infant care basics like bathing, swaddling, diapering, and baby wearing.

Feeding support. This can be bottle prepping and feeding, bringing the baby to you for nursing, or a combination of both.

Light tidying related to the baby, such as bottle washing, laundry, or nursery organization.

Simple meal or snack prep to keep you nourished.

Judgement-free emotional support at all times.

Postpartum Doula Consultation
This is where I get to know you and your family. We'll figure out the style of care that you're looking for and if working together would be the right fit. I offer daytime and overnight awake care within the first 6 weeks following birth. This is an in person appointment.
$40 flat fee

Daytime Nurturing
Daytime Nurturing ranges from 4-6 hours of personalized in-home support for growing families. This may include newborn care, feeding support, maternal recovery assistance, and practical help.
$35/hour

Overnight Nurturing
Overnight Nurturing is 8-10 hours of infant care while you rest. I am awake for the entire visit to handle diaper changes, swaddling, feeding, and soothing throughout the night.
$35/hour

All new clients require a consultation before booking postpartum care services.
