Getting Ready for Breastfeeding Class

(2 hours – $85.00 (price is per family)

Class description: Include your partner and a grandparent or support person for this class.

You will learn the anatomy and physiology behind breastfeeding and making milk, why

skin to skin time is so important after birth, positioning, latch techniques that will facilitate

optimal milk production for baby, manual expression of milk, ways to increase your milk supply,

nutrition while breastfeeding, nursing multiples (if applicable), breast pumps and milk storage,

returning to work and breastfeeding (you can do it) and much more.
